Drawinginc partnered with Weslin Construction to transform insights from a series of business plan workshops into a unified marketing strategy that positions Weslin as a leading force in expertly managed construction projects. These sessions explored every layer of Weslin’s business – from market segmentation and customer analysis to brand positioning and communication strategy — defining the right client, the right project, and the right price to ensure long-term growth and profitability. Out of this strategic foundation, the concept “Directors of Construction Projects” was born — a campaign that redefines Weslin’s role as the master director orchestrating complex builds with precision, insight, and vision. Campaign Concept and Execution The campaign’s central visual expression is a bespoke 3D render: a cinematic fusion of movie set and construction site, designed to evoke intrigue and authority. This creative direction carries through a suite of targeted editorial-style showcases, each crafted to engage specific audiences while highlighting Weslin’s expertise, certifications, and sectoral diversity. The first showcase, “Dwellness,” was developed for architects in the residential sector. Through premium print features, strategic folds, and narrative copy, Dwellness invites readers behind the scenes to witness how architectural creativity and construction mastery align to overcome residential challenges. Subsequent showcases focus on Commercial, Fit-Out & Refurbishment, and Passive Fire Protection sectors –each one underscoring Weslin’s commitment to precision, quality, and trust. Outdoor Advertising A standout element of the campaign is the modular site hoarding system – a 4×8-foot panel configuration transforming construction sites into branded storytelling environments. These panels combine cinematic aesthetics with functional site safety messages: •A three-panel “Movie Set” celebrating Weslin’s craft. •A two-panel sequence marking 25 years of excellence. •Category-specific “movie posters” reimagining real projects as film features. •ISO-compliant safety signage seamlessly integrated through thoughtful colour and layout design. The visual identity was refined with a new monochrome Weslin logo for maximum contrast and legibility across environments. The modular system’s flexibility accommodates doorways, gates, and varying terrains, turning every site into a dynamic stage for the Weslin brand.

Through strategic planning, striking creative, and precise execution, drawinginc built a campaign that not only enhanced Weslin Construction’s market perception but also established a scalable identity framework for future communications, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces Weslin’s role as the Director of Construction Projects.
